Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Mestizo. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, excluding Sundays and holidays.

During peak periods, including the holiday season, product launches, promotional periods, and other high-volume times, processing times may increase. We will do our best to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, and verification of order information.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided once your order is placed or once your package has shipped. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to carrier processing, shipping method, delivery location, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Product Availability, Pre-Orders, and Backordered Items

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, the product page, cart page, or order summary may indicate that the item is out of stock, backordered, or available for pre-order.

If an item is backordered or made available for pre-order, we will provide an estimated shipping timeframe when available. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and any options available to you, which may include continuing with the order, modifying the order, or canceling the order for a refund.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

The Mestizo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

If an order cannot be reshipped or you choose not to pay for reshipment, we may issue a refund for the merchandise once the package is returned to us, less any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, or other non-refundable costs, where permitted by law.

Address Changes

If you need to request an address change after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at clientcare@themestizo.com.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier.

The Mestizo is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, lost, or stolen. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at clientcare@themestizo.com and we will do our best to assist you with available carrier claim options.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier and, where appropriate, local authorities.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at clientcare@themestizo.com.

To help us review the issue and assist with any carrier claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label

Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain addresses, regions, or locations. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination, product type, carrier availability, and other operational factors.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we may contact you to update the shipping address, modify the order, or cancel and refund the order.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier requirements, or other operational factors.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
